And so it begins.

Well today I worked on one goal... fitness. I rode my bike for 6 miles. Not much, but it's a start. Not to mention all of the swimming I did in the pool today.

Hi new blog friend. :o) 6 miles is really impressive. I did my first 5k on Sunday - so we can encourage each other to get out there and keep moving! I walked 1/2 of it, but i did it, you know?!

i'm impressed with your 6 miles! you go!!
